The staff has always been friendly and efficient each time I have both been there and called. They seemed to have kept things moving along. I recommend coming to this facility. Oh, and there's lots of room so if you do have to wait, you're not bumping into anyone. I've never had to wait long.

Unfortunately, the customer service and communication from the office staff have consistently been poor. My recent experience was unacceptable. After suffering an allergic reaction that caused severe swelling around my eyes and painful facial irritation, it took over a weeks to receive the prescription I needed. During that time, I repeatedly contacted the office and was told the prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. Each time I went to Walmart, they confirmed they had not received anything. I asked several times if the office could call the pharmacy directly, confirm receipt, or provide a written prescription so I could resolve the issue myself. Instead, I was repeatedly placed on hold for long periods, treated as if I was inconveniencing the staff, and told what I believe were simply dismissive responses to get me off the phone. I also left multiple voicemails for the office manager requesting assistance and never received a return call. What makes this even more frustrating is that once I finally received part of the medication, it relieved my pain almost immediately. This means I endured over a week of unnecessary discomfort simply because basic follow-through and communication did not occur by the staff. The doctor may be excellent, but the lack of accountability and responsiveness from the office staff creates a very difficult experience for patients who are already dealing with medical issues. My experience suggests the office would benefit from stronger communication from a new office manager and taught how to follow-through with patients.

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.

The room was cold, sterile, uncomfortable, and so is Dr. Powellson. I was immediately put off and defensive with his demeanor, and his lack of focus on my physical health rather than my mental- he seemed to form an opinion when I told him my diagnosis- was confusing and frustrating. I jave a lump in my abdomen and another in my pelvis that he NEVER EXAMINED, or asked about them after I mentioned it. I felt judged, as though Dr Powellson has a bias about people with BPD. The building and the lobby made me want to turn around as soon as I got there, and Dr. Powellson made me so uncomfortable; feeling judged and argued with, and frustrated, that I walked out of the appointment within 5 minutes of meeting and talking to him. At NO time did I feel like Dr Powellson cared about my physical concerns, or even HEARD them.This was just supposed to be a general physical and check-up, and Dr. Powellson made it the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, and awful appointments I have ever had.

I had blood taken two years ago and the phlebotomist messed up and I had extensive bruising, pain and a month long numbness/tingling in my fingers but they have a better phlebotomist now. She was efficient and I had minimal bruising (a dot) and no pain. Scheduling was easy and so was parking. The do virtual appointments if needed.

It is difficult talking to people about mental health because there is a stigma and people are very judgmental. Dr. Ng is very understanding, patient, empathetic, and professional. During our first visit we talked for almost an hour and I basically laid out my life story for her and the reason(s) for my struggles. I felt very comfortable talking to her as if I was talking to my sister or a friend that I trust. Alisha(Dr. Ng personal assistant/office manager) is great as well. Although I can tell she stays busy she is well organized and does a great job at getting back to people promptly. Dr. Ng front desk staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have found Dr. Ng when I did. I was trying to be inappropriately medicated by by regular doctors (I live in the Friendswood area.) The test is a gold standard for people like me who have "white coat syndrome" blood pressure issues--it's very hard to get accurate b.p. readings. Long story short I went to Dr. S. He doesn't take my insurance but has priced the test so that it is very affordable (cheaper than flying to Great Britain where they use the test regularly!). I was extremely pleased with how everything went. Dr. S., his nurse and members of his office staff were very kind and helpful and I was able to get the information I need so I can take it to my doctors.
