I called up…read morethe dealership to ask questions about it, and the lady that answered (Madison) was EXTREMELY patient and professional and answered every single question that I had about the vehicle's history, about the Carfax, about the auto check, about previous repairs. She gave me every answer. We texted back and forth for probably a week. I came down from NC and visited the dealership..I was blown away from the moment I got there..Madison came out of her office and greeted me, and warm transferred me to a salesman (Anthony) who got me all set up for a test drive. While I was waiting for Anthony to grab the truck and pull it up out of the rain.. I was able look around at their 1st class facility, I was able to play on their huge putting green inside the building.. they have everything someone with A.D.D. could keep busy with.. a Massage chair, a Barbershop there was even a jukebox, a kids play room, a car wash on site, a big fish tank, a massive piece of artwork on the wall mural of Jesus (was pretty cool), a dog park right outside the door...they have a cafe that serves food if you get hungry...even a food truck on property (and an Iced truck too!) But unfortunately, my test drive was during a monsoon, and I really couldn't get a good experience driving it. When I got back to the dealership I looked around inside the truck and found a number of issues, I wrote them down and before I even had a chance to ask about them ..I met Caleb the finance manager..he said we just got the truck on a trade in..and it hasn't even been cleaned yet, what are your concerns..i explained everything..he said yep! We'll fix everything.. He said we'll get started on it Monday, he had to order some parts, he and Anthony reached out to me periodically and kept me in the loop and let me know the progress.. we negotiated the price..and that was super easy, I asked and Caleb agreed.. there was no real haggling.. he just said yep! ...we discussed my trade in..he offered me double what he was supposed to...and I still asked for more...and he said..yep! We can do that!!.. when my schedule was super busy, they waited on me.. no pressure at all..no threatening messages..just a okay, " it's your truck, it's here when you're ready." Then when I was ready, they went to fill the tank with gas..and a check engine light came on..they called me and said..hey a CEL came on...we figured out the problem, we ordered the parts and it will be here next week... they saved me a trip.. called me when it was ready .. again no pressure. When I was available I went down to the dealership..and had to wait for Anthony to get there so Caleb handed me the keys and said, Go ahead and get you a better test drive, not in the rain...So I did..Came back everything was ready with the paperwork, I again asked for some proof of repairs..they provided. Then took me over to the Finance manager (Mathew) you know the "High pressure guy"... NOPE!!! He explained everything to me, he showed me some options for Warranties, and said.."you don't have to decide now, we'll give you 90 days to think it over", he even suggested that there are 3rd party warranties out there...Who does that??? How freaking awesome..what an awesome experience. I will recommend them to ANYONE..Best dealership hands down I've ever dealt with. Oh...and on the way home with my new beautiful truck, I stopped on the side of the road to add Sirius XM radio..and guess what they told me..."Dick Brooks Honda already added it for you as a gift, free for 90 days"... They are over the top!!!

We purchased/financed our 2025 Honda Pilot through Honda and have been very disappointed with how…read moreour recent service issue was handled. Our Pilot has approximately 21,000 miles, and the A/C suddenly stopped working. We brought it to Dick Brooks Honda and were told by Justin Dowling that the A/C clutch and coil need to be replaced. According to the repair order, the parts are currently "on backorder with no ETA." What was most disappointing wasn't that a part was backordered. We understand that parts shortages can happen. It was the response we received when asking what we were supposed to do in the meantime. We were given our vehicle back with no functioning A/C and essentially told by Justin that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to continue driving it until the parts became available. The loss of the A/C has also affected our ability to adequately defog the windshield in humid or rainy conditions, which creates a visibility concern while driving. This makes being told to simply continue driving the vehicle indefinitely without functioning A/C even more concerning. My husband called back and specifically asked to speak with management in hopes of finding another solution, especially since temperatures have been extremely hot and we have children who regularly ride in this vehicle. Unfortunately, management's response was still that there was nothing they could do and they trusted Justin's earlier assistance since he is the best in the service department. We weren't demanding anything unreasonable. We simply expected some effort toward a solution, whether that meant checking for the parts elsewhere even if they were not local, discussing a loaner or rental option (they told us that loaners/rentals were not an option), escalating the backorder through Honda, or otherwise helping a customer with a nearly new vehicle that is still under warranty. The lack of options was frustrating, but the lack of concern and effort to help is what was most disappointing. We have now had to escalate the matter directly with American Honda Customer Service and open a formal case ourselves. We also own a Toyota and have dealt with Toyota's service department on multiple occasions, and we have never been treated this way when dealing with a vehicle issue. The difference in the level of customer service and willingness to help has been very noticeable. This experience has seriously affected our confidence in returning to this dealership for future service or vehicle purchases.

No matter how many times I unsubscribe they will not stop blasting me with text messages and emails. This sounds like something, an elderly person might struggle with, however I am very tech fluent and I cannot get them to stop. I know it's a business model, but it's also very unprofessional and a rather slimy tactic. If you thought, Temu or Amazon was bad with promotional ads these guys take it to another level. Beware.
