I decided to make the best of the situation but I came in slightly frustrated that I would be spending an entire weekend and several hundred dollars on something that I didn't have any interest in. I started researching to get information and I was helped very quickly by Jeremy. He answered my emails promptly and let me know about class times that were available in the near future. I got lucky and was able to take both parts of the class over the same weekend. The first part was conducted in a classroom. We learned a lot about guns, laws surrounding firearms and played out scenarios. The class went into a lot of detail that this is a huge responsibility and taught about safety. The course material was professional, well planned and thought out. It was not boring and encouraged a lot of thought and participation. The next day was some more classroom discussion and also involved some hands on training with a real fire arm as well as basic target practice. It was great that the cost of the class covered everything you needed and you were able to take home your ear and eye protection. I appreciated that the course was strictly about the material being taught, no politics were brought up and the environment was welcoming to all. Jeremy was also very encouraging. During the hands on section he was patient and encouraged all to just get more practice to be more comfortable and adjust to using a firearm. To conclude the class we took a test and went over how to fill out the forms to apply for a state permit. The time and money are well spent with this class. I'd highly recommend this to anyone with interest in the topic.

I loved the vibe inside they a have a counter to book your shooting times, tables and chairs in the center and bar at the other end. They offer trap shooting, skeet shooting and I believe they have a range of sorts as well. The staff reminded me of the men in Grumpy Old Men and I loved it. They have food for order and alcohol, though no alcohol is allowed out in the shooting area. It's $5 for members for trap/skeet and $7 for non members. We had a good time and a good experience and will be returning!

It's a great club offering trap and skeet shooting, in both leagues and and non-leagues. They have open shoot hours on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's $7 a round for non members, which is a great price. They have a little bar inside that serves drinks (both non alcoholic and alcoholic), though no alcoholic beverages are permitted outside on the trap fields. They also have some snacks and some food to order as well. They have multiple fields for booth trap and skeet and it can get really busy, but they handle it well. It's a great place to come and do some shooting.

The members and board here are top notch, safety conscious, friendly and approachable enthusiasts who make you feel very welcome. They run a LOT of great leagues here... their trap leagues are great and they also do action pistol, three gun and other fun leagues throughout the year.
