Normally at this point in time I would have my flamethrower out and let my annoyance and frustration fly. However....the store did their best to make me happy...and when I was still a bit out of sorts over the " incident "...I called corporate. A nice man by the name of David called me back...took responsibility...and than set in motion the wheels to solve my problem without any additional grief. Problem resolved and everyone is fine. I admittedly am thrilled at how the corporate office took ownership and worked to fix the problem in record time. I was fully expecting a fight. Thanks to David and his management team for doing the right thing, right away. I am not the easiest guy to impress....but I was, and I am.

Do yourself a huge favor, and DO NOT have any work done here! During an oil change, they noted an…read moreoil leak. I asked if that shouldn't be repaired, and they stated: "It can wait until your next oil change. If the oil gets low, just add more." Just one month later, the check engine light came on. I took the car to a much more reputable company, and there were actually two "pretty good" oil leaks, coolant leak, and the check engine light was directly connected to the oil leak. I contacted Glory to God and provided them all of the documentation for the car repair, along with reminding them of their negligent advice they gave me. They refused to take ANY responsibility. Their incompetence cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Go elsewhere!

I had to get my car looked at for a screeching sound in one of the back tires before I left for my…read moretrip before Thanksgiving. I thought it just needed new brake pads. I called different places, but they were all booked till the following week when I would be gone. So in desperation, I called "Glory to God" and they were available to schedule me in for an appointment. I brought my car in and they took a look at it and said that I needed new brakes and pads. They said it would cost a little over $300. I waited as they worked on my car. They had a comfortable waiting area and also provided drinks for customers. After they worked on my car, they charged me less than $300, the expected amount and in reasonable time completed the service. While I was waiting I also overheard another customer coming in to pay for the service done for their vehicle and the cost was lower than what was quoted earlier for them also. It seems that they try to work for the customer and curb costs in favor for the customers whenever possible. Glad to say that the name of this business seemed trustworthy and fortunately they seem to be living up to their name. This is my first time getting serviced here, overall a good experience and they seem to be honest and dependable. I will have to see what will happen if I bring my car here if future problems arise and see if their quality of service is consistent, but for the time being, they seem to be trustworthy and did a great job. If they continue to do so in the future, I would be happy to update my review for this place even higher.

Personally I think complaints of overcharges are easy to make and in many cases the proof is the responsibility of the complaining party. Don't know anytime they cannot ballpark a price before any work begins. As far as returning clean items I always make use of the camera option as proof I did what I was held responsible for. That way if the refuse to refund my money I can substantiate my claim and escalate up the line. I am 71 and if I know how to use a phone to take a photo(s).and my 9 year old grandson know how to use a cellphone camera who the hell doesn't? I just called about an A/C recharge and was given two estimateds based on the refrigerant used. I can buy lots of items on Amazon but they do not install themselves. Labor is not cheap. Buy the items on Amazon and install them yourself...

I purchased a woodchipper that was sold by a Ken Joswiak - a manager at this dealership. I met up…read morein the dealership lot to do the exchange and the woodchipper came with keys that had this dealership's logo. The woodchipper had a faulty carburetor that leaked fuel both inside and outside the engine. THIS IS AN EXTREME FIRE HAZARD THAT CAN ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE. Ken did not tell me about this and assured me that "6 mechanics looked it over". I called Ken asking for $200 back so I can fix this extreme hazard but he refused any attempt to improve the situation. This was a bad experience and I would recommend going to this dealership. They are willing to hide a fire hazard for a few hundred bucks.

Oil change here is done right the first time...and at prices that match anyone in town. Staff is nice...especially Jerry and Dale.
