I immediately took it back they looked at it again, this time they told me there was a crack in the valve cover itself. Why they didn't catch that the first time I don't know. So they put new valve covers on. They charged me $700.00 labor both times, first to change the valve cover gasket then the second time to replace the valve cover. They should have replaced the cracked valve cover the first time when they replaced the gasket. I felt they should have discounted some of the labor on my second trip there. I didn't expect them to do it for free, but to charge me $700.00 both times was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I explained why he said that no one would do that. I explained that I have Astma and would have to get the inside detailed. He said he would get the Lysol I told him 3 times the truck wasn't here when he came outside to spray the lysol he said the truck isn't even here, I said I told you that. I called Coldwater Automotive at 4pm Friday explaining my desperate situation. They were kind enough to let me bring my car in at 4:15 pm even though they closed at 5:00 pm. The Owner John diagnosed my problem as a bad ignition coil on #3, ordered part and installed which kept him and his wife 20 minutes past closing time of 5:00. John did expert work and charged a fair price. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. These two good Samaritans are angels. Thank you.
