We were close to Union City so we pulled into the Robbins Auto Value & Service Center and asked for help. The gentleman checked the car and discovered that the heat shield on the catalytic converter had come loose. He removed it with instructions to check back with our area mechanic. This allowed us to continue on our way without a delay. He was very friendly and understanding and his timely help was much appreciated.

The woodchipper had a faulty carburetor that leaked fuel both inside and outside the engine. THIS IS AN EXTREME FIRE HAZARD THAT CAN ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE. Ken did not tell me about this and assured me that "6 mechanics looked it over". I called Ken asking for $200 back so I can fix this extreme hazard but he refused any attempt to improve the situation. This was a bad experience and I would recommend going to this dealership. They are willing to hide a fire hazard for a few hundred bucks.
