Called again and was told my order was not ready yet but they would check on the status and call me later that day or the next for sure. I waited another week with no response. When I called again I was told that they thought someone had picked up the order but couldn't find the invoice. I told them that no one had picked it up and was then told once again that my order was not ready. At that point I told them to forget about it and that I would go elsewhere.

I called Countryside Repair. they were genuinely interested in helping, at least to diagnose my problem. We drove the car slowly the 15 miles.
