Their technician came out and did not make contact with me at all. I assumed he was doing system checks as our solar provider has been doing since install at no additional charge since we paid for the panels. Turns out they got my number and contact info from Red River, which is very suspect to me. I received a $200 bill via text message for "cleaning my solar panels". I believe this company is improperly contacting solar owners and misrepresenting who they are on the phone to get the okay to come to your house. I paid the invoice but will be reporting this company to the BBB for unethical practices.
