The owner of the laundry (a friend) no longer trusted them to take away eight 13-gallon bags of her clothing and household items. We both reached out by telephone. I have emailed numerous times. I couldn't have asked for better service and I already packed a large bag full of more items from closet to get fixed. One note: call ahead if you need to see the seamstress. My understanding is she doesn't work in the mornings or on Wednesdays, but of course, all schedules are subject to change!
