John had exactly what was needed to repair our item when larger camera shop could not. Fixed our lens in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend as the first stop for repair needs.

I had a really bad light leak on my Minolta X700 and was worried that I had an expensive service coming my way. But I was surprised to find that replacing the light seals was done really quickly and affordably for only $50. I'll definitely come back to for any future camera services that I need.

Experienced. Professional. Kind and Reasonable…read more You can't ask for more. While recently out of town on a job, my Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K G2 fell from its tripod--a true nightmare scenario. While the camera turned on after the tumble, a small panel connecting the LCD to the camera body protruded out, making it impossible to close the screen. I was also unsure if there were any larger problems with the camera. The next morning, I called Ohannes at Digitech and explained my situation. When I told him I was out of town, he very kindly agreed to take a look at a few pictures of the problem via email. He quickly replied with a comforting message, let me know the plate was just out of position, not damaged and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. When I got back into town, I dropped off the camera and had a wonderful experience speaking to Ohannes in person. A few days later, I booked a job last minute. Panicked, I emailed to ask if there would be any way to pick up the camera early. Ohannes didn't hesitate and had it ready for me the next day. I had another great interaction with Ohannes when picking up the camera. He let me know the repairs he performed, what to look out for, and even gave recommendations for a new tripod. All in all, I got the best luck out of a bad luck situation. I genuinely hope I don't need many camera repairs in the future, but I take great comfort in knowing that Digitech is there if my luck takes a turn again.

I highly recommend him to anyone having camera issues--this is a shop you can trust.

I had a very disappointing experience here…read more I brought in two rolls of 35mm film simply to have them developed (no scans or prints, as I have my own scanner at home). When I was told they don't offer "develop only," I said "that's a shame, no problem" and began to leave. Instead of ending the interaction there, the owner questioned why it was "a shame" and began explaining that there's "no money" in just developing film and that it's not worth it for him. He implied that I wasn't bringing enough business and suggested I should just learn to develop film myself. When I mentioned I already know how but don't have the equipment at home, he continued asking what lab I usually go to and what scanner I use, then laughed at my setup. At that point the conversation felt condescending and unnecessary. I was not upset that he doesn't offer develop-only services -- that's his right. What upset me was being made to feel like I was doing something wrong simply by requesting a service and being willing to pay for it. After the exchange escalated, he then offered to do the developing anyway, and eventually even said he would do it for free. By that point, the interaction had already become uncomfortable and argumentative, and I no longer felt confident giving him my business. A simple "we don't offer that service" would have been perfectly fine. Instead, the interaction became unprofessional and dismissive. I cannot recommend this shop based on how customers are treated. Also check out the response the owner Rick gave to my review on Google on the image attached. His response tells us far more about him as a person. 1. "We do not offer Dev. only and our website reflects that." This is deflection. My review already acknowledged that it's his right not to offer that service. That was never the core complaint. He's reframing the issue into something easier to defend -- policy -- instead of behavior. That's a classic move when someone doesn't want to address tone or conduct. 2. "Established 1998... devotion and love of photography..." That's credential shielding. When someone leans on years in business or passion as a defense, it usually means they don't want to examine how they handled a specific interaction. Longevity good customer service. 3. "The rest of your review is just a personal rant..." That's the tell. He didn't: Acknowledge my experience Apologize for any misunderstanding Say he's sorry I felt uncomfortable Clarify his intent Offer to make it right He labeled my review as emotional and dismissed it. That's ego protection. What this tells me about him * He takes criticism personally * He reacts defensively * He reframes instead of reflecting * He likely believes he did nothing wrong * He prioritizes being right over being relational Zero accountability in that response. A business owner with strong emotional intelligence would say something like: "I'm sorry the interaction came across that way. That was not my intention. While we don't offer develop-only services, I regret that the conversation felt uncomfortable." That would have neutralized everything. Instead, he escalated by calling it a rant. "because of a short, first time interaction". In business, first impressions are everything Mr. Rafik Keshishi.

Whoever the guy was that came out from the back room. (I'm assuming it was Rick, gave me the most unfriendly welcome I think I've ever experienced at any business. I walked in smiling and greeting him by name telling him I'm the one who had called about transferring two 8mm film rolls to digital. Without getting into too much detail, what he quoted me over the phone turned out to be less than accurate and not the full story. He did not tell me there was a minimum amount of film rolls to get the price he quoted me. So not only was he unfriendly, he was also not forthcoming.

Honestly for $10 you get two photobooth pictures and you can wear accessories they offer inside the store. The reason for the 4 stars is because the accessories were so dirty... they had foundation all over some of them. I'm not sure how often they clean the accessories. I opted to not use them because I was scared of getting lice but overall, what a great spot! Def will be coming back if i'm in the area! I recommend to not wear the accessories they have...but it's worth the pictures because they have cute theme backgrounds for the photos Also when you are done taking pictures, if you go near the mirror they have transparent sleeves to stick your pictures in so they don't get damaged which I liked!

This location of Life4Cuts is located in the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, on the food court side of…read morethe mall. Most of the other locations do not have staff around, but maybe since this location is at the mall, they had one staff member maintaining the store, but didn't really interact much with the guests. For anyone unfamiliar, Life4Cuts is a photobooth store where you can come and take photobooth photos. It's mostly self served. This location has booths: pink, purple and blue. They had their props more organized than other locations since there is a staff on site, but there wasn't any props that my niece and I wanted to use. So my niece has been on the prowl for a labubu and I managed to snatch one up for her, so we had an unboxing and then took her new lababu to take a photobooth pic. She got the secret one from the Have A Seat collection, DuoDuo. Super stoked LOL. So anyways, we went the pink booth since the purple one was taken. The pink does not show up well in pictures so in the future I would probably go with purple or blue. You can get 2 long strips for $8 or a 1x4 strip and a 2x2 for $10. The booth had a decent amount of frames to choose from. There is an option for a QR code to provide a digital copy of the photobooth pics. Luckily there was a retake option at the end since we weren't in love with our first batch of photos. The second time turned out great and the system allowed for us to select which 4 out of 8 we wanted. My niece and I love photobooths so we really enjoy these opportunities. Another one for the memories!
