WOW!! An absolute EXCELLENT JOB done by Greg and Zack!!! They just completed a stucco repair on my…read morenew sliding glass door. I can't believe how beautiful this work turned out! Greg and Zack are a wonderful team; they are both expert craftsmen and take great pride in their work, to perfection. I am humbled; they are both KIND, honest, hard working, and very skilled. They fufilled everything they promised in the contract, and more. I only take the time to write "excellent" reviews, here it is warranted. I would recommend this team to anyone requiring lath & plaster (stucco) - do not bother calling anyone else! I have worked with many trades now with my house "reno's", these guys are gold. Thank you so much Greg and Zack!!! You are very much appreciated.

I had my electrical panel replaced (on a Saturday) and the electrician does not do stucco repair. I…read morehad already pre arranged for a stucco repair guy to come out the next day( Sunday) but he had a problem with his truck and could not make it. The stucco guy that I had originally contracted wanted me to wait until the middle of the next week or Thursday for him to be able to possibly get to the repair. Mind you, the opening to be repaired was open and exposed to the elements and specifically an interior wall to my home. That was not gonna fly and I could not wait that long. So I got on yelp right away to see if there was anyone available on a Sunday. It was a stretch but I lucked out and found Top Dog Lath and and Plaster! I tried calling but not received a response and come to find out it was due to the company being out of cell phone range. As soon as they were I was able to get a hold of them that day (Sunday) and schedule this company to come out the next day Monday and complete the job. It was a little bit more than I had originally thought I was going to be paying but it's totally worth it!!! Gary showed up and did an excellent awesome job!!!! You can't even tell that there was once this huge hole there above the electrical panel! It was worth every penny and this company has provided me major peace of mind in the quality of work. Any stucco work that I will be having to do in the future I will definitely be calling these guys!!!

LDR: We paid thousands of dollars for work that looks like it was done by a high schooler. Given…read morethe lack of speed, care, and precision, we could have done this ourselves and been happier with the result. Full review: We hired this painter via referral to paint our entire house prior to move-in, on a very strict deadline. During the walkthrough, we were extremely clear about the scope. Builder-grade mirrors and closets would be removed, walls needed to be properly patched so we could start with a clean slate, and the entire house needed to be completed by December 26 so we could move in. He agreed to the scope and the timeline. We were rushed into choosing paint colors due to the tight deadline, which would have been understandable if he had actually started when promised. He was supposed to begin Sunday, then changed plans last minute and started Monday instead. The job was estimated at two days, three days max. In reality, he and his crew worked December 22 and 23 for only a few hours each day, then had to return on the 26th, 27th, and 29th. Because of these delays, we were forced to move our move-in date three separate times. Even with all of those days, the job was never actually finished. The patchwork is awful. Spackle was slapped on with little to no sanding or blending, and canned texture was used that does not match the existing walls at all. The patches are obvious from across the room and look rushed and careless. Even putting the patchwork aside, the painting itself is poor. Lines are not clean or crisp. There are visible paint brush hairs embedded in the walls. There are multiple areas where the previous color shows through, and areas that were never fully painted. We had paint samples on the walls to help choose colors, and you can literally still see the letters we wrote on the wall to mark them. That would not be possible with two proper coats of paint. There are also areas with obvious overpainting and sloppy cut-ins, particularly in places that seem less visible at first glance, such as door jambs and edges. These are the kinds of details a professional should take care with, and instead they look rushed and careless. Prep work was also lacking. There is extensive overspray on our hardwood floors that we are still struggling to remove. Paint also got onto the ceiling in our entryway. When we pointed this out, we were told that painting that ceiling would cost an additional $200, even though it only needed attention because his crew got paint on it in the first place. After pushing back, they did ultimately fix that part at no additional cost. Under normal circumstances, we would have required the painter to continue returning until the work met an acceptable standard. However, we were under a severe time crunch, had already delayed our move three times, and have a toddler who could not be in the house with paint fumes. It also became clear that he had no intention of finishing the job to any reasonable standard. We paid thousands of dollars for this job. The agreed-upon scope was never completed to a reasonable standard, and when we raised concerns, no money was taken off because he claimed he had already sunk too much time into the project. He walked the job himself. If it was underbid or poorly planned, that is not the homeowner's responsibility. We have since had another painter come out, and it will cost over $1,000 just to fix the most bothersome issues, areas that we genuinely cannot live with as-is. This painter does not stand by his work and does not deliver professional results. Proceed with extreme caution and look elsewhere.

James provided the most competitive quote, and his team did an excellent job in a timely manner. I will be using them exclusively for all my painting needs and I highly recommend them.

Jose was referred through another company and he promised us he would commit to the color we wanted…read moreon our stucco for the house. The powder coat was a different color than we requested. We wanted the stucco to be a light stucco, how it's heavy & thick. We also told him if he could not give us the color we wanted, that we can go with another contractor. He ended up over partying the vents and various areas of the house. Then 6 months later we found out that the nails that he used to batten the paper to the wall, pierced the pipes in our house. He was very unprofessional overall and was barely working on the house himself, he had other partners of his doing "work" who didn't seem licensed or trained and didn't know what they were doing. After we expressed our concerns, he tried to cover it up buy doing a half job to try and fix it (it only made it worst). Please do not contact Jose for ANY work! I repeat, DO NOT! Use someone who has legitimate background, knowledge, experience and integrity to do the job well done. If you see this review and you think you'll want to go with this guy, please do not agree or pay him for any work. If we had read these reviews prior to giving him money, we would have never gone to him for any business. He refused to give us our money back when he couldn't deliver the color we requested. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!
