The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

The woman said it was six dollars per patch, for a total of $30, which I thought was pretty expensive, but she said to come in and she would give me a better price. I drove 10 minutes there, and we took some time to figure out the correct locations of each patch on the shirt. The owner then told me that the total price would be $28. That really wasn't much below what she told me on the phone, and I told her I just couldn't afford that. (FYI, there was a more local drycleaner who ended up doing it for $18) The Women started angrily ripping off the patches she had pinned onto the shirt. I asked her to please leave them in place, but she said, "no! These are my pins!" and told me to leave. I was so upset leaving the store. Not only would I have been overcharged, but I've never been treated so rudely in a store!

I was told everything would be ready for pick-up on Saturday (as stated on the receipt) so I stopped in yesterday. The clothes are needed for work on Monday morning. When I handed the cashier my receipt, I was informed that my blouses were ready, but not my pants. I was not happy with this. The owner, Ria, approached me and said she didn't have my pants and asked when I needed them. I explained I work in Center City and wouldn't have time to come by before work on Monday. She said she could meet me at the dry cleaners today (Sunday) and provide the pants. My understanding is they don't dry clean dress slacks on premise. She took down my phone number and said she'd call me. Yesterday evening I got a phone call from Ria saying she had 4 pairs of pants ready and was willing to drop them off to me at my doorstep. I didn't know what to say. She drove from her home to get me my pants and hand them to me. The customer service blew me away. Ria said I would get a text message indicating when I could pick up the remaining pairs of pants. I'm sure you could imagine how displeased I could've been walking away from this business, but Ria was quick to turn a negative experience around and make sure I was a happy client. I can't thank Ria and Julie's enough for their dedication to their customers.

They came back looking brand new. So I went back and took some of my dad's things, similar prices except upcharged for a very heavy men's coat. I came back to pick them up and I paid special attention on the coat with more expensive cleaning and they did a great job. I would say priced very fair and do excellent work. Nice to find a business like that these days!
