Had a terrible experience here today! I needed some patches sewn onto my son's Cub Scout uniform. I called in advance to find out the prices. The woman said it was six dollars per patch, for a total of $30, which I thought was pretty expensive, but she said to come in and she would give me a better price. I drove 10 minutes there, and we took some time to figure out the correct locations of each patch on the shirt. The owner then told me that the total price would be $28. That really wasn't much below what she told me on the phone, and I told her I just couldn't afford that. (FYI, there was a more local drycleaner who ended up doing it for $18) The Women started angrily ripping off the patches she had pinned onto the shirt. I asked her to please leave them in place, but she said, "no! These are my pins!" and told me to leave. I was so upset leaving the store. Not only would I have been overcharged, but I've never been treated so rudely in a store! read more
