Bozena went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and her work was phenomenal. My wedding dress in the back is a corset, and to fasten it, was a workout. Bozena did not mind and took her time to make sure my dress was completely fastened. Her primary concern was that I was satisfied, and that meant a lot to me.

She didn't help pick any dresses, was pretty negative about my price range etc. BSB was the exact opposite! I had Liv as my stylist and she made me so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. The first dress she chose ended up being exactly what I was imagining and in my price range! They had a gorgeous selection and from the time I walked in to the time I left, I had a smile on my face. The whole team made my experience memorable and stress free. There's also no price charts. It was $30 for my comforter, but the skeptic I am, how do I know someone else didn't get quoted $20 for theirs?! Anyways, I brought my comforter here the Monday of Thanksgiving week, and was told it would be ready that Friday because of the holiday. Although that seemed a little long, I went along with it. I specifically asked "any time on Friday?"..."yes, any time". I arrived that Friday around 2p and guess what, my blanket was not ready. I was told to come back Saturday at 2p. Well, I had a family event so I returned Monday. Finally, I got my blanket! Don't get me wrong, the lady up front was very nice, but they are not quick or timely. I won't be back. I'd rather take my business somewhere else that is quicker, or at least has a better idea of when my laundry will actually be ready.
