Anyway, my first experience at the venue itself was pretty straightforward - I walked in, handed my jacket to the cashier, got a ticket, and walked out. Granted, the cashier laughed at my (long) last name for quite a while, but I'm kind of used to that reaction, so whatever :) I actually didn't pick up the jacket for ~2.5 weeks because I was going on vacation, but they found it super quickly when I finally came in, so I was kind of impressed by that. The rate also seemed reasonable (although I don't do a ton of dry cleaning, so I guess it's possible my perception is slightly off). Overall, I would definitely come back here to get some suits cleaned.

Bozena went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and her work was phenomenal. My wedding dress in the back is a corset, and to fasten it, was a workout. Bozena did not mind and took her time to make sure my dress was completely fastened. Her primary concern was that I was satisfied, and that meant a lot to me.

My stylist was Olivia and she could not have been nicer or more supportive. I booked only a few days before the appointment and they sent out a survey asking about what I liked. They called me to talk about my appointment. I felt so cared for from the moment I booked the appointment. Once we were in there, I was incredibly impressed by the spacious dressing room. It was big, but enclosed so that my mom and sister were just on the other side of the curtain. Olivia asked me so many questions about what I was looking for, what my wedding was like, what my fiance like, what my life was like. I swear she got my whole life story during this appointment. I was made to feel so, so comfortable the entire time. I was able to pick out dresses on the floor that I wanted to try on. They had such a huge range of sizes. It wasn't just one size for regular sizes and one size for plus sizes. There was a whole range. This was so incredibly helpful for picturing the dress on my body type. Olivia was full of compliments for every dress I tried on and never let me get away with critiquing any part of my body. She added belts, veils, extra fabric, extra pins, and anything else I needed to get the full picture. I found two dresses I really liked, but wasn't able to bite the bullet on either of them. The incredibly kind staff set up a follow up appointment with me to try them both on again. She didn't help pick any dresses, was pretty negative about my price range etc. BSB was the exact opposite! I had Liv as my stylist and she made me so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. The first dress she chose ended up being exactly what I was imagining and in my price range! They had a gorgeous selection and from the time I walked in to the time I left, I had a smile on my face. The whole team made my experience memorable and stress free. Anyways, I brought my comforter here the Monday of Thanksgiving week, and was told it would be ready that Friday because of the holiday. Although that seemed a little long, I went along with it. I specifically asked "any time on Friday?"..."yes, any time". I arrived that Friday around 2p and guess what, my blanket was not ready. I was told to come back Saturday at 2p. Well, I had a family event so I returned Monday. Finally, I got my blanket! Don't get me wrong, the lady up front was very nice, but they are not quick or timely. I won't be back. I'd rather take my business somewhere else that is quicker, or at least has a better idea of when my laundry will actually be ready.
