We just happened to be there and against my better judgment, we went inside because my daughter needs a new NYE outfit. I have to say, it really has changed from The summer when I was last there. The new manager, Sabrina or Sarena (I'm not good with names) was extremely attentive, funny and helped her find the perfect dress. Even said she would get it from another store if need be (for no extra cost). This location will prob be our new go to.

Daniel was efficient in ensuring my size and measurements were accurate, and provided guidance for accessories as I haven't worn a Tux in years. PIcked up a few days prior to my function to assure fit and all was good to go! Tuxedo and shoes looked like there were brand new! Great quality. Looked sharp! Very pleased with their entire operation! Would strongly recommend without reservation. Will be back for another wedding in Spring.

Last trip to a formal wear purveyor was their sister company Jos. A Bank just down the street from this store, and that was to buy a halfway respectable "interview suit" for a reasonable price. After all, there's always some sort of "sale" at these places. Didn't have worry about that here, as the attire package was all picked out by my buddy (or likely his fiancée lol). It was just a matter of getting measured and choosing a pickup location. Ángel helped me out and he was awesome. The store only had 1 other staff member inside and was surprisingly busy for a Thursday late morning- Angel advised that this is a very busy time for them. While I did have to wait a few minutes for help after my 11 am appointment, I understand. Between phone calls and several walk-ins, the staff are humans, not octopuses. Angel got everything done for me in 10-15 minutes max, even with multitasking: shoes fitted, pants, jacket, and you could tell he is an experienced professional. I'm lanky and he picked out the right stuff to try on, the first time! He also explained their policy about being able to get re-measured up to a month prior to the pickup time, and you can change pickup locations within 2 weeks of the pickup time. The price was nearly $250, not cheap and the only thing holding back 5 stars here. There's also a non-refundable $12 "damage & handling" fee, just call it nickel and diming and drop the euphemisms. Hey, that's the wedding racket for ya. It's all worth it for a friend, and I'm glad I got the great help from Angel. He made everything (aside from the cost) painless, and made me wonder why I put this off so long!

As with all thrift shops, the selection can be hit-or-miss: I've gone home empty-handed some days, while on others I found dozens of items I was looking for. There are some absolute gems hidden in the racks -- you just have to have the patience to look through them. They have a few "dedicated" racks for special, higher-end items, like the "all-Chico" rack, which makes it easier to find things. Someone in another review mentioned the kids' clothing -- FYI, they no longer sell children's items, which frees up lots of space for more adult clothing. One suggestion: I do wish it was easier to get to the shoes: Some are on racks, but many are mixed into Rubbermaid-type bins, which makes it tough to see what's buried on the bottom without pulling everything out :-/

However, the experience quickly went downhill. After browsing and not finding anything I liked, the salesperson insisted I try on five dresses she selected. None of them suited my style. I mentioned to my friend that I preferred a dress I'd seen at another store, and the salesperson overheard and asked to see a photo of it. After looking at the photo, she told me she could order the same dress for me. Since I was already there, I agreed. She took my measurements, and when I told her the specific color combination I wanted, she dismissed my choice and insisted on a different color, saying she knew what she was doing. I disagreed, but she assured me everything would be fine and the color combination she was ordering was the one I tried on the other s About a month later, while showing pictures to my sister-in-law, I found a photo of the dress tag and zoomed in--turns out, I was right. The color ordered was not what I had requested. I immediately emailed the salesperson, explaining the mistake and asking her to correct it, especially since the dress wouldn't be delivered for several more months. Then COVID hit. By the time the dress arrived and I went in to pick it up, it was still the wrong color. I told the salesperson, and she brought the owner into the dressing room. The owner assured me they would have the lining replaced by their seamstress to match the correct color. A couple of months later, I went back--but the dress was still wrong. I pointed it out again, and this time the store manager got involved. She insisted it was the correct color until I showed her a photo of what I had originally ordered. Only then did she admit it was wrong and promised to send it back to the designer. When I returned again, the dress had still not been corrected. I almost took it home out of sheer exhaustion--but decided to speak up again. The manager said she'd try one last time, but warned me the dress had been discontinued. At that point, I was devastated. I emailed and asked for a refund, as they had clearly failed to deliver what I paid for. Instead of apologizing, I received a rude email stating that I would now be charged $25 per week for storing the dress and should come pick it up. I responded that the dress wasn't being stored--it was still there because they never got it right. She then offered to ship it to me, but given their track record, I didn't trust them. Eventually, she scheduled a pickup, treating it like they were extremely busy--though the store was empty every single time I went in. After nearly three years, Le Bella Donna was unable to provide the dress I ordered in the color I asked for. I'm now stuck with a dress I never wanted. Thankfully, my wedding was postponed due to COVID, so I now have time to find a dress I actually love from a store that values its customers. Don't be fooled by the store's appearance. My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.
