He was meticulous, his color matching was perfect, and every detail was attended to at an expert level. He also removed old damaged grout and regrouted our double kitchen sink, pointing out an issue to me that I have since had fixed (needed a countertop person for that as it was to do with how the sink was attached to the countertop). He followed up with a recommendation for a cleaning product that would keep our tile, stone, and grout looking great. All in all, this was a very good experience and we definitely would hire Josh again.

Josh did not over promise and warned us of places that he would not be able to change, but everything else exceeded our expectations, AND the price was very reasonable. He was on time, courteous, friendly, cleaned up and left our 18 year old bathroom looking and feeling like new. Also gave us recommendations for cleaning products to protect the surfaces. Excellent!

He was straight forward and guaranteed us he would do his best to make our bathrooms look brand new. We can attest that Gino and Tom provide great customer service and high-quality work. We recently moved into an apartment and the bathrooms were hideous. Brown stuff and whatever else that grows onto tile and caulking was there. For this reason, I did not feel comfortable for any of my family members (especially our LO) to use the bathrooms. Tom came out explained what he would do with my husband and proceeded to work meticulously and efficiently to sterilize, clean, recaulk, and do some grout repair in some areas. I was not present when the work was done due to social distancing and caring for my LO at our condo. Gino even agreed to caulk around the toilets for free. We are now settled in our apt and feel our bathrooms are safe to use and no longer a health hazard. I highly recommend GF but you can already see that with their 5-star streak. Thank you Gino and Tom!
