I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time). I made another appointment to purchase more shutters or blinds, and to adjust the shutter that was not closing. I waited and they were late. After contacting the company to confirm my appointment, it was acknowledged that I was, in fact, on the schedule. Yet, over looked. Poor business practices. I will not recommend this company.
