We were really thinking the brick and interior would have to be re-done to get a window to work. I had to call twice to get the ball rolling but once scheduled, their communication was good and the technician showed up [today] on time to fix the issue. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement.
