I had to call twice to get the ball rolling but once scheduled, their communication was good and the technician showed up [today] on time to fix the issue. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement. They both maintained a cheery outlook and positive vibe throughout. We were so impressed, we contracted with them to replace five blown windows, all of which have metal grids.
