She is not a good introduction to this office, but she was very good at chewing gum.

I do not like going to the Cleveland Clinic ER in Vero Beach when my doctor has no appointments to see me for even for an acute condition, because it's usually very crowded. Unless you are dying you will see a nurse practitioner which is fine, but they also charge you a facility fee which this Urgent Care does not. At the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Vero Beach you will wait there up to 4-5 hours to be seen unless you are dying. I like this urgent care and the people that work here. The office policies are odd, and if you question them or insist that there is a problem, they become difficult and even passive-aggressive, to the point it can make a person lose their cool. I was spoken to very rudely, then the person had the nerve to tell me I was being "unprofessional" (as if they are my supervisor? I don't think so!)!
