Dr. Gobivenkata Balaji has been a true blessing to our family…read more My 89-year-old mother has several serious health conditions, and he took the time to really understand her full situation. He carefully reviewed her medications, identified ones that were working against her, and even coordinated directly with her specialists to improve her care. Just as important, his bedside manner is exceptional--he is patient, kind, and truly listens, which means so much to both my mother and our family. His staff was always very professional and compassionate. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Balaji to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares.

Instead of responding respectfully, the doctor replied, "You have two options in two minutes: You stay or you leave. I'm going to get some water. Naturally, we decided to leave.

The office staff was great and very empathetic however, I just moved over from the West Coast to…read moreFlorida. I needed a new primary, I'm already receiving disability since 2009. I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.

Excellent urologist with a great new office and caring staff…read more Dr. Peter Zabinski is an outstanding urologist -- knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. Based on our recent experiences, Dr. Zabinski and his new team truly deserve recognition for the excellent care and service they now provide. Highly recommend this practice.

He takes the time to explain procedures and, unusually for specialists in any field, I find that he considers my overall health concerns in making his recommendations. I have a tendency to kidney stones, and he monitors those closely for me. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.
