When I asked about getting just lenses for existing glasses I was surprised at the price: $200-$500. I started questioning the price, and from that point on the rep was rushed and trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible...extremely rude. I may have still gone with them if that's the going rate for lenses nowadays. But, after this convo, not so much...they lost a potential customer.
