After 4 calls over 2 weeks to get "approval" for my prescription (which I didn't need) for the exact same prescription I've had for 6 years - they fraudulently told me I had to make an appt to come and see the dr! After 2 hours of driving and half a day off, when I got there, the nurse told me ... I'm so sorry, you didn't have to come. It was their mistake!! They changed to a call center - all the calls to their office are now answered in some other state (Illinois I think). Then 2 weeks later, my insurance company was billed $1002 and I was billed $222! All calls and, emails and messages (and a personal message directly to my doctor) to delete this bill have been met with the worst patient service in my 65 years. Their attitude is: "we couldn't care less." Find a better provider. Run away from this so called provided.

No confidence in his ability to diagnose anything serious, after he had no idea what a wart looked like! The practice sees too many patients. Never can get through or have a call returned at all! 5 Stars - Exceptional Family Care!…read more I cannot say enough good things about the care we've received! From the moment we walked in, the staff made both my children and myself feel welcomed, respected, and truly cared for. The doctors and nurses are incredibly professional, patient, and attentive--not just to symptoms, but to the individual needs of every member of our family. My kids actually look forward to visits, which says everything. The environment is warm and family-friendly, and the team always takes the time to explain things clearly, whether it's a diagnosis, treatment plan, or just preventive advice. They go above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable and informed. It's rare to find a healthcare team that balances medical excellence with such genuine kindness. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend them to any family looking for reliable, compassionate care. -- On behalf of my children and myself, thank you!

Thorough exam, considerate, friendly. Their phlebotomist is gentile. You hardly feel a thing when she draws blood samples. She's the best ever! The front check in staff is also welcoming and warm. People who give negative reviews about wait time aren't grateful. Minimal wait time, no different than any other Dr office. As grateful as I am for Dr Valerino, I have to say the opposite about NP campner (?) and mental health. Please consider there are other psychologist available. I think what NP campner does is a general questionnaire about past trauma. She's a therapist who shouldn't be authorized to prescribe meds. She neglects to focus on symptoms of mental health. I've taken the same meds for 10 years. For 10 years I've been mentally stable, for a decade, 10 years! Granted the dosages of RX I take is above average-I've been stable for ten years, 10... She is either unaware or is insensitive about med withdrawal and it's affects on the patient. My withdraw symptoms mimic being dope sick. Adjusting meds need to be done slowly with a consistent dr appts to checkup on your mental state. Patients need to be in group session one like NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illnesses). campner has resources for people but doesn't recommend outside help. Patient has to identify their trigger and find coping mechanisms. Group meetings with others who struggle with mental illness help guide and support you. First time meeting her for an appointment she cut 2 of my medications significantly. Without considering the physical and mental effects. She suggested I was, and I quote, "psychologically dependent" and that's why she was cutting my meds. When I contested her, she said she didn't have to write me an rx at all. It came across as power control. My meds were being held for ransom. When it comes to mental health, it's essential you have a competent psychologist...and it's the patient's responsibility to be proactive also.

Proceeded to tell me what I meant over the phone only to get louder and louder and more obnoxious at a patient. More concerned about being correct rather than just being quiet and listening. The absolute amount of disrespect I have heard from their office staff is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. I will be finding a new primary physician as soon as possible. There's no wonder this place went from five stars in just about 2 years ago when Dr fortunato was there down to one star. They have changed providers three times in approximately 1 years time. When you're dealing with the public especially medical patients, you do not get louder and start telling them what they meant and hanging up on them when they're simply trying to get help from somebody that has major issues at home and should not be in any type of receptionist or customer service position. Absolutely disgraceful the way people speak to one another anymore. Especially when they can't maintain a professional attitude and check their garbage at the door. Truly sad that people think that they can speak to other people that are medical patients the way they do. Nothing but problems since Dr fortunato left. But I'll be damned if I'm going to be spoken to like some kind of jerk so somebody can override what I'm saying by being louder and more obnoxious. Person simply does not deserve her position. I started to see Dr. Garcia Rodriguez last April. I have been struggling with weight loss for the…read morelast decade trying everything, but ultimately gaining back the weight. Dr. Garcia's approach is more holistic. It's not about losing weight but finding a healthy weight and lifestyle. She prescribed me Zepbound and within two months reduced the amount as she wanted slower progress. She wanted me to focus on weight training, exercise and changing my eating habits. After some research I found that many who use GLP-1 medication lose weight too quickly and get what is known as Ozempic Face or lose a lot of muscle because they aren't providing the nutrition their body needs. They may be thinner, but they don't look healthy, Dr. Garcia had me focus on my protein intake rather than calories which made it easier for me to choose better meals and snacks. I am happy to say I lost the desired weight by the end of four months and am actually now focused on NOT losing more weight, but rather finding a sustainable exercise routine and focusing on being healthy rather than skinny. I will stay on Zepbound for several months as I learn to keep out the food noise and make exercising a habit rather than a chore. I strongly recommend Dr. Garcia Rodriquez to anyone who is looking for a long-term weight loss solution. It's more than just numbers on a scale and she taught me that over the last 10 months.
