WELL guess what?? I called and spoke to Corona the nurses assistant to get the results and was told I was negative. So I didn't quarantine. I got a call 7 days after they received my results and the Dr. told me I was POSITIVE!!! 7 DAYS whole family sat on my results WTF?? How incompetent is Corona and the Dr??! Dr Schneider couldn't explain WHY it took them 7 days to call me with the CORRECT results. During those 7 days I went to a cardiologist with severe breathing issues and forced to do a nuclear medicine stress test for what was actually Covid symptoms which I asked the cardiologist if it could be Covid side affects. Dr Rao arrogantly said he is a heart specialist not a Covid specialist, what a jerk. Total incompetent Drs and nurses across the board!

After first telling me I did not give blood, so they didn't even have a record of me giving a lab. They also put the blame on Quest, when they themselves had no record of my blood being drawn. I am now having to go to the ER to see if I can with a competent staff who are capable of the license they hold. I will NEVER return or recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

Which in fact we discussed my weight but at no time was I made aware that simply having a discussion about my weight was an add on charge of $450 this whole medical thing it totally out of hand. It took an additional five phone calls to find out the results. I'm now waiting an additional 5 days to see if this scared doctor will give me antibiotic or wait so long I once again become septic. The last message the MA gave me was she'd tell the dr about my symptoms but he was hesitant to give me antibiotics as I may become immune to them. Meanwhile ignoring the fact that I have a UTI infection. The last time I spoke to the MA she promised to get me an answer before the office closes for 3 days. Guess what!! She lied. I'm just sitting here sick with blood sugar numbers out of control. .
