The front desk employee disregarded HIPAA and had me recite all of my personal information within hearing range of the people in the waiting room. When I asked (pursuant to instructions from Medicare) if the doctors accepted Medicare assignment, she was very rude, saying that she never heard of such a thing and I should ask my insurance (Medicare IS my insurance!). She is not a good introduction to this office, but she was very good at chewing gum.

When she has a question or needs a prescription renewed, they never return her calls or communicate with the pharmacy to fix the problem.
