Dr. Gobivenkata Balaji has been a true blessing to our family…read more My 89-year-old mother has several serious health conditions, and he took the time to really understand her full situation. He carefully reviewed her medications, identified ones that were working against her, and even coordinated directly with her specialists to improve her care. Just as important, his bedside manner is exceptional--he is patient, kind, and truly listens, which means so much to both my mother and our family. His staff was always very professional and compassionate. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Dr. Balaji to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares.

He was then rescheduled for an appointment 10 days later. Second, during the rescheduled visit, the doctor kept us waiting for another two hours. Instead of responding respectfully, the doctor replied, "You have two options in two minutes: You stay or you leave. I'm going to get some water. Naturally, we decided to leave.

She is not a good introduction to this office, but she was very good at chewing gum.

I called 2-3 times a week asking about cancellations to get in sooner. No luck. When I saw Dr. L, and told him about the sudden hearing loss, he responded 'Well, if you had come in right away, I probably could have helped you! He also said he can't control what the appointment staff tells patients. He said the only thing he could do was give me shots in my ear which didn't help. I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. I apologize for such a long review, but people need to know about the state of medical care in this country and what it has become.
