Others didn't even answer their phones, but when I explained that it was impossible for my wife to use her hairdryer and for me to charge our electric car, Kevin asked me a lot of questions on the phone and finally said "I think I better go see it. I probably can't fix it today because the parts stores are already closed, but I can take a look at it and possibly get it working." 20 minutes later he sent a message saying he was on the way. Long story short, he tinkered with two reset buttons and found the right breaker in the garage and that fixed the whole problem. He refused to take any money and wished me a merry Christmas.
