It was a Sunday night, but I called anyway. Thomas was willing to take my computer that evening, replaced the disk, and had it ready for me by Monday afternoon. He did a great job of explaining disk options available to me. He gave me a very fair, reasonable price and totally reconfigured my computer with windows and software installations when I picked it up. Now, six months later, a fan on my laptop "croaked" on me. I contacted Thomas. He was quick to respond and identify that the fan needed to be replaced. Again, a reasonable price and excellent service. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here.
