I originally bought an alternator that turned out to be bad, costing me over $589 in repairs and frustration. I first went back to the AutoZone at 24723 Aldine Westfield Rd, where I purchased it, but they were unable to help with the refund and told me to try another location. I then went to the AutoZone further down Aldine Westfield, and Alex stepped in and took care of the situation professionally and respectfully. He made the process smooth and actually cared about helping resolve the issue. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Alex definitely went above and beyond. Thank you again for the help.

Houston Auto Parts (originally known as Levan) is truly a life saver!…read moreI called around looking to purchase inner and outer TieRods for my Mercedes E350. Yes, Oreilly's, Auto Zone and Mercedes had the parts available but the price difference compared to H.A.P, UNBEATABLE! Not to mention, most of the competitors I mentioned earlier wouldn't have had the part until tomorrow. *For Oreilly's the Inner was $77/each and Outer $83 (L) $73 (R) = $310 (before taxes) *Advance Auto Parts $59 for each outer $76 for each inner = $270 (before taxes) *Levan The Outer were priced at $55/each and $35/ each for the inner = $180 (before taxes)! & my parts come with a warranty?!?! All in all : I saved a total of $141 going with Houston Auto Parts and was able to get my parts within two hours of purchase. This isn't my first time doing business with these pros and it won't be my last! Thanks for the best price and service in the city!

I've gotten to know a lot of the staff by name and they are all really great people especially Dawn. She is hands down a gem that this store owner needs to hang on to at all costs. She has worked harder for my parts requests then anyone I have ever come across. I stop by and ask for a random part I need for my project of the week, and she pulls out the books or computer and searches it out relentlessly. And 99.9% of the time she finds it. Great store all around.

I followed the instructions perfectly, applied the base coats, and finished it with the clear coat. Unfortunately, the color is completely off--it dried to a noticeably lighter, hazier shade that sticks out like a sore thumb against the factory paint. When I reached out to the manufacturer to address the issue and ask for a refund, they completely denied it. If you have a silver or metallic vehicle, stay away from this line. The formula doesn't match standard factory finishes, and Dupli-Color does not stand behind its product guarantee when it fails.
