The team here is always welcoming, helpful, and patient--happy to offer suggestions and grab different sizes without hesitation. The store itself is a bit "dangerous" (in the best way!) because everything is so well made and tempting for every season. Between their excellent warranty, trade-in program, and annual cleaning events, the value really stands out. If you want high-quality outdoor gear that lasts for years, this is the place to go. Now that there's a local store, I don't shop anywhere else.

I promptly responded with answers to Jacob K's questions and provided the requested pictures, but since than there has been no response from Jacob K. or North Face. After several follow-up attempts, still no response. Apparently, North Face no longer cares about Customer Service.
