They then cancelled this delivery date and got a delivery date of Wednesday 11/27/24. They texted me that they would deliver in the morning before noon and the delivery would need a signature. I texted back yes, I would do that. I ran out as soon as the delivery truck rolled up and waved to the driver so I could sign and get the package, but she drove away. She did not attempt to text or call to say she was here before I saw her and ran out of the house and waved at her. They then wanted to postpone the delivery until 11/29/24. I said this was unacceptable because it is an urgently needed medication. Called customer support and they started a support ticket but would not let me speak to a case manager. They said it would be a priority and would be delivered later today, but we will see.

Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. It's one of those businesses that I think are an integral part of Herndon. Annnnnd, they gave me a chocolate Support Postal Plus!

Because of the size, I was told it would cost more to ship as it would have to be double boxed. The price was fair and It arrived in good time. Sadly it arrived very broken so I called Chioneso right away and sent an email with several pictures of the damaged box, thin packaging, and the broken lamp. Naturally, she was surprised and she would file a claim with UPS for me. She was very nice and told me Parcel Handy would make this right. I have been calm, courteous, and patient with every interaction. It has now been 6 months since it was shipped to me. Numerous phone calls and emails over the last 6 months have provided me with no compensation of any sort, and now it goes straight to voice mail when I call. So now I am out over $400 for a lamp that I did not break and can't fix. EDIT: 05/11/2022 Chioneso and Parcel Handy has fully reimbursed me and I am satisfied. She told me she got busy and simply forgot. I take her at her word and will likely do business with Parcel Handy in the future.

Another was "left at locker" and was never found. The drivers are so lazy! They have one job-deliver a package on time to the front door, but they can't seem to pull it off ever.
