Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. He was certainly dismayed to see me arrive with the easel, but was wonderful, and worked hard to get it boxed and ready to go. Because of the size, I was told it would cost more to ship as it would have to be double boxed. The price was fair and It arrived in good time. Sadly it arrived very broken so I called Chioneso right away and sent an email with several pictures of the damaged box, thin packaging, and the broken lamp. Naturally, she was surprised and she would file a claim with UPS for me. She was very nice and told me Parcel Handy would make this right. I have been calm, courteous, and patient with every interaction. It has now been 6 months since it was shipped to me. Numerous phone calls and emails over the last 6 months have provided me with no compensation of any sort, and now it goes straight to voice mail when I call. So now I am out over $400 for a lamp that I did not break and can't fix. EDIT: 05/11/2022 Chioneso and Parcel Handy has fully reimbursed me and I am satisfied. She told me she got busy and simply forgot. I take her at her word and will likely do business with Parcel Handy in the future.

Funny thing is I was in the driveway during that time to leave and there was not a soul in sight. Also, there was NO photo of the item being delivered. Of course we did our due diligence looking for it, to no avail. In contacting LaserShip/OnTrac I couldn't speak to a person but I would receive an email within 48 hours. After 48 hrs after I wrote to them inquiring about it. They sent me a generic email stating we completed our investigation and our system showed it was delivered. This is the absolute worst delivery service, if you can even call it service. One package was left…read more1/10 of a mile away down by the main road, propped against a tree. The tracking said it was left at "shipping dock" which I don't have since I live in a residential home. Another package was left in front of the garage door in the rain and it was run over and dragged under the tire of my husband's car when he pulled out. Another was "left at locker" and was never found. The drivers are so lazy! They have one job-deliver a package on time to the front door, but they can't seem to pull it off ever. And their customer service is nonexistent with no live person ever available. I have no idea how this company is still in business. I would give them zero stats if that was an option.
