The buyers raised a concern about a water stain on the garage ceiling. After notifying the appropriate parties (Travelers and American Home Shield), we had both PuroClean and Advanced Home Services come out. Thankfully, both confirmed there were no active leaks, and we were good to move forward with drywall repairs. Even after involving both sets of realtors, the buyers started to get cold feet, expressing concerns about potential mold. This is despite their home inspection confirming there was no mold on the report (something we found out from our realtor). I searched "mold inspection" here on Yelp and found this company. I called to ask about pricing and availability and was pleasantly surprised. Despite some unfortunate setbacks, scheduling became an issue; however, that was able to resolved. Oliver came by while there was still a 4x4 hole in our garage ceiling. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing. The result? No mold. And even better, no charge. It was late at night, and we contacted the United Water Restoration Group of Henderson. Within the hour, they showed up and immediately went to work mitigating the flow of water, and setting out fans to prevent the development of mold. Subsequently, they returned to install more fans and to aid in the wood drying, they included a dehumidifier. United Water Restoration offered us their full services from water removal, mold remediation, removal of the ceiling, breakdown and setup of our master bedroom furniture, and most importantly, clean up. Their staff always showed up at the schedule time and was very respectful of our property. Each day that they worked, they let us know their progress and always left the area clean and neat. Upon completion of the water clean-up project, we were provided the necessary certifications. I would highly recommend using United Water Restoration Group of Henderson, for any water damage emergencies. They were easy to work with and informative along the entire process. I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco. Both are great at greeting and talking. Heard all my concerns and plans. Coherent and professional. Refreshing and not usually a norm for Vegas. This company was referred to us twice....one by foundation injection company, and the other by roofers.

To which is grossly misspelled and incoherent. I wish I had read more of the reviews other had posted, but I was in a jam. Overall in person Ryan seemed like a good and honest guy, but his work and professionalism really needs some work. Especially the guy he sent over to do the work initially. Who through a fit midway through the job and damaged my floors in the process. Truth is if Ryan had properly inspected my machine, came prepared for the job ( he forgot his diagnostic tool and came with a piece of paper only to write down the model number and error code I had already given him. ) I believe I would have a working machine and Ryan would have a positive review. However that is not the case. I even had to buy my own hose at one point. If he had even looked at the drain hose he would have seen that it had a hole in it. Ryan will expect you to inspect your own machine and report back to him accurately. Makes me wonder what we pay him to do? Save yourself the headache and find someone who has a better work ethic.

My name is Joseph Ostunio I am a local business litigation attorney…read more One Hour Applicant Pro's is neither licensed or bonded in Clark County or the State of Nevada. I called Ryan Brown and explained to him that our dishwasher was not draining. I explained multiple time to Ryan that I believed my dishwasher's drain was clogged. Ryan explained to me over the phone without diagnosing the problem that the drain pump needed to be replaced. I explained to him repeatedly that I would rather replace the dishwasher than have to do this twice. Ryan assured me that a pump replacement would fix the dishwasher and promised that he would take care of me. Ryan asked me to pay for the replacement pump up front $130 before he or his agents diagnose the problem. Ryan sent another repair man over to replace the broken pump. Repair man does not know how to replace the pump. Repair man uses google and youtube videos to instruct him on how to replace the pump. Repairman never tries to diagnose problem. Once the repair was complete the repairman left bottom panel off and a mess for us to clean up. Dishwasher did drain at first, but you could hear something obstructing the drain before the repair man even left. I notified Ryan of the noise, shady repair work and mess after the repair man left, but he assured me the dishwasher would continue to work. After using the dishwasher only 3x the new pump failed. Ryan sent over the same repairman as before to look at it. I walked downstairs and Ryan on speaker phone says "take the pump out tell him, he will have to pay for us to replace it again. Tell him these kind of things just happen." I instructed the repairman at that point to put everything back together and leave. I cannot say this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could take action against their license I would. They show up the day of to lock you in and they don't actually diagnose or check the appliance to see what the real issue is. They DO NOT HONOR their GUARANTEE for parts and labor listed on their yelp page. I am currently out $295 and now we need a new dishwasher. See other 1 star reviews and you'll see that there is a pattern with this company and its never their fault. In Ryan's reply he claims we don't know how to rinse our plates off before putting them in the dishwasher, but he has never actually been over to our house, seen the dishwasher or see how we do dishes. We do indeed rinse our dishes. We suspected that it was actually broken glass that clogged the drain which we explained to the repairman multiple times, but he did not want to deal with it. We do not blame Ryan for breaking our dishwasher, we blame him for taking our money and not fixing it. I have asked Ryan to honor his listed guarantee for parts and labor in exchange for taking this review down. That offer remains on the table so long as he apologizes too.
