He's also the only option you'll find in the area that INCLUDES the price of jewelry in the cost of piercing. He uses stainless steel rings and studs for all his piercings unless you have an allergy and was also willing to let me bring in my own jewelry (no other shops will let you do this because they want to up charge you like crazy for the jewelry). Aside from those things he is clearly very experienced at what he does, and was incredibly kind and patient with me as I tried to decide if I wanted to follow through with the piercing. Would definitely recommend him and go back. On a side not he takes walk-ins which is a godsend when it comes to trying to schedule appointments during Covid. So let me be honest…read moreinitially my experience at the shop the day I got my tattoo was pleasant I worked with Frankie he was able to fit me in and was great when I changed my mind about the size. The tattoo I got said "Jesus" and was under my collarbone. When I got up from the chair it looked fine and I was pleased with the service. After the tattoo and was told that he did free touch ups and to contact if I had any concerns. After about two weeks of healing I noticed the tattoo was very faded towards the end and ink wasn't consistent throughout. I waited to contact because I thought it would look better as it healed. After another week I noticed the tattoo was starting to smush together and I began calling to get it fixed. I never could get anyone on the phone and I also couldn't find Frank's business card. Finally after about two weeks I was able to get someone on the phone and was told by Frank that he would get back to me the next day bc he was doing a tattoo. I understood and awaited the call but it was late the next day and still never received a response so I called his cell after finding his business card and left a message. Keep in mind I am moving soon so I wanted to get in there to get it fixed before I left and I told him that in the voice message. Finally he texts me back and ask if I'm available the next day at 1pm I was at work around that time so I told him I would be available after 4pm. Then he asks to see a photo of the tattoo and I never receive a response back. I'm just very disheartened and disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. But I do not recommend because the customer service is just not there and now I have to get this tattoo covered up.

I gave them three stars because I did hear good things about them but since I could not confirm they are still in business and with no website to confirm that they are still in business I have to assume sadly they are no longer in business.

Went for a walk in piercing…read more SO many red flags. I should have walked out. - In the lobby, several guys sitting on old couches while browsing their phones- not waiting for services. It's a business, not a clubhouse. All were buddies of some employee. - Shelves and shelves of Funko Pops. Piercing person told me the owner had them as an "investment". Nah. I should have walked out then- that's on me. - After my piercing, no aftercare advice or instruction was offered. I asked for some info and was offered a printer-paper trifold pamphlet. Had to ask google for more. Piercing care is essential and should be gone over before and after the service. Would NOT recommend this place. Feels like a crew of barely licensed people in a cheap rent shop. I have gone several other places that were way cleaner and tons more professional.
