I walked in for my appointment and was charged $25.00+tax. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, her answer was their website was out of date. The manager was on vacation and the person in charge said she could not change the $20.00 price as 'the website was out of date'. They would not honor the price listed. I left hoping my credit card charge will be voided. Poor business practices.

I told her they were uneven during the touchup appointment but they don't draw an outline to start. I needed a 2nd touchup because an area had scabbed and had to be refilled and at this point she told me I would probably even need a 3rd. And I did point out each time they still weren't even or the same shape. When I contacted them about the touchup, the tech's sister (the owner) said that there would be a charge for this since there should have only been one. I explained what I just said above and she said she would get back to me but she didn't. When I contacted them again the whole story changed to: they don't feel comfortable doing it; they can't keep adding strokes or it'll turn out a messy blob; I kept changing the brow shape every appointment; maybe I should go someplace else. My response was I was "changing" the shape to make them match; I wanted strokes added where there were none so that the brows would be the same; and was she going to reimburse me if she wanted me to go elsewhere. And why was she willing to do the touchup for a charge until I said I wouldn't pay for something they did wrong and needed to fix. They said it was a costly and timely procedure for them and even admitted the tech lacked the expertise. So apparently customer satisfaction or even business image is not high on their list. They have no idea of good customer service. I spent a lot of money poor service with poor attitude.

I am very selective on who I allow to touch my eyebrows and her ability to be consistent each visit with the end results and be able to have a conversation with her customers at the same time is real talent! I never have to check my eyebrows when she is done because she is that good! Worst experience of my life! I went to her the 1st time and all was fine we had picked shape size…read moreand color. When I came back for my next appointment after having some fading and what not. At this point I completely trusted her. After my 2nd session with her she had changed the size and also the shape of my brow. It completly changed the shape of my face. I also mentioned before she started that they looked a little larger. She quickly told me that it wouldn't be that large when she was finished. Right after getting them done I wasn't loving them but they didn't look completely horrible with all the fine lines of the micro blading. It was hard for me to tell her that she completely did her own thing this time around and that I was very unhappy. By doing her own thing I mean not measuring the brow beforehand, and not following the notes she took from the 1st time around with the same shape and size. This then resulted in me having to unevenly shaped brows. They where so uneven you could see one brow on my right side went wayyy higher up than the other on the top of my brow. To the extent that I refuse to even wear my glasses cuz it just makes it even more obvious. So I left without expressing my tru feeling. It's actually really hard to tell someone that you dont like what they did to you. Then the very next day I told her how I wasnt happy with the 2nd time around. I just couldn't live the rest of my life looking like this. So we started removal sessions. I have now had removal session for over the past year and still hate my face due to this. So I had all these feelings bottled up in me for over a year now. I mentioned to her how upsetting it is for me in my day to day life. Cuz in all honesty I got this done to feel better not worse. Anyways, long story short she decided to say at this point that it wasn't her fault and stopped even allowing me to come get it removed. Yes you read this correctly she just decided it's not her problem anymore. She has completely ignored me and won't even answer me as to what color she used on me last and what type of removal solution she was using. Oh also refused to do a touch up on my permanent eye liner that she also completed messed up with making one side a lot thicker than the other. My main goal of writing this is to hopefully save someone else from going through this horrible experience that I have gone through.

She then asked what services I was looking to receive, instructed me to sign in on the iPad, and told me to have a seat. While signing in, I asked a question regarding which category to select for the nail package I wanted. Before I could finish, I was interrupted and told to "hold on." Shortly afterward, another employee approached me and stated in a very rude and unprofessional manner that I could not receive services because appointments were required and they were fully booked. What made the experience even more upsetting was that, before leaving, I overheard staff accepting two other customers who were also walk-ins and did not have appointments. I found this treatment to be unfair, inconsistent, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and consideration as everyone else. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
