Their team damaged my concrete with an insulation machine and said they would fix it with a pressure washer only to send a guy out who said he couldn't fix the concrete. I guess that acceptable in their eyes. Then they sent a guy to epoxy my floor who didn't prepare it properly and it is already peeling maybe a month after. One of their workers showed up unannounced in a personal vehicle and literally just walked into my house as if she owned the place. HUGE SAFETY CONCERN IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY. You will not receive professionals in their respective fields doing repairs after a traumatic event. You essentially get day laborer quality workers with SERVEPRO shirts. My house was better prior to the damage even after their "repairs". Not to mention what Ruben told me would take two weeks took two months to complete with so many issues and practically zero communication unless I essentially harassed them just to get answers and proper work done which I never got.
