An admission that they couldn't (and wouldn't) help us service their own product. One of the techs told me they don't install many Maytag furnaces; now I know why. Seems they should be able to support what they sell. We had other problems with them 4 years ago during the work on our build - essentially lied about timelines and were slow to respond. In my view, they're too big to care about residential customers.

Jerry was such a nice guy and extremely knowledgeable regarding the boiler. Found some serious issues with wiring, replaced a few parts and made sure I understood it's workings. Will definitely use again!
