Permits not pulled and work beyond sub-par. Most of the work they did at a job I was coordinating…read morewas so bad it had to be redone by another heating/plumbing contractor. They failed to install any backflow preventers, as well as many other issues, after a prior flood and all new plumbing was installed. This caused an additional flood after much of the work was done, requiring us to start over. We never heard back from them, nor were we offered any sort of compensation for the additional expenses. Also there were 2 high-end shop heaters that an employee took with him to "dispose of" for my elderly dad. There was nothing wrong with them. Crazy how absolutely horrible all of it was.

We felt very ripped off since they knew that they couldn't help us even before they arrived.
