Not only did he quickly assess the problem but went to work quickly to fix the problems. We were so pleased with both Adam and Goyette. He showed us a potential problem down the road that we don't need to have it fixed right now but next summer we may want to have corrected . We definitely will use Goyette for our heating/plumbing and I will be asking for Adam to be our service man again.

An admission that they couldn't (and wouldn't) help us service their own product. One of the techs told me they don't install many Maytag furnaces; now I know why. Seems they should be able to support what they sell. We had other problems with them 4 years ago during the work on our build - essentially lied about timelines and were slow to respond. In my view, they're too big to care about residential customers.
