Seems they should be able to support what they sell. We had other problems with them 4 years ago during the work on our build - essentially lied about timelines and were slow to respond. In my view, they're too big to care about residential customers.

Within 20 minutes, he fixed our lamp post that another (non-licenced) electrician could not find the problem and told us we needed a new lamp post.
