The owner Rod is very knowledgeable about paint chemistry and assured us he could do the work. The surface preparation, primer and coatings he chose worked very well and we have had no problems with peeling or delamination, even with annual pressure washing. Since then, we have hired Airway for all our painting needs including complete interior repainting of walls, doors, trim and cabinets. Rod was very helpful in suggesting color schemes and sheens. The products and coating systems he chose for us are durable and easy to clean without scratching. In addition to quality work, Airway paid close attention to cleanliness and protection of our floors and furnishings. It is a big job, my home is 3 levels, and 360 Painting was hired to complete the work on the upper two levels (a second story, and some gables). Things started off well. The crew was here at my house most days. By the end of the first summer, my second level was mostly completed. Thing slowed down a bit during year two, the second level was completed, and work began on the 3rd level gables. During year three, the crew only showed up for a very small handful of days. I communicated with Sarah through email that I was expecting far more work to be done during year four. She stated that they would begin work as soon as the ground was firm enough for work to begin. However, the crew did not show up at all during the year of 2020, and no further communication was sent. Therefore, I'm sure that they are likely fine for smaller jobs, I would strongly recommend looking for a significantly more reliable company to complete more difficult projects.
