I took the later which didn't work, but they still charged me for a completed service. I literally paid to have an intern practice his tools on my house... incorrectly. The it technician came back the next day to fix what he was supposed to, couldn't figure it out, and said i give up. Sorry but this company is only looking for a quick dime. The customer service representative would rather listen to himself talk, than the issues from the customer. **adding to review for time stamp because the intern should not be working on a house unsupervised and the CSR stated that there's no way an intern is working by himself** Wednesday 08:40: told technician was 30 minutes out Wednesday 13:20: Intern arrives unassisted, starts assessing. Wednesday 14:30: Jamal arrives without tools to provide two options for repair without actually diagnosing the issue himself Wednesday 15:30: Jamal has received part, charges US bank card for full service and proceeds to leave for next job, and informs Intern to install part Wednesday 15:30 to 17:00: Intern works on incorrect part in house. Wednesday 17:30: Jamal comes back, figures out he bought the wrong part and reschedules for Thursday Thursday 0830: intern arrives with new part, but same problem Thursday 1030: jamal returns to help diagnose Thursday 1330: Team leaves unable to diagnose or fix issue Ultimately i was charged for a diagnosis and service, which didn't properly happen. The problem i called for still persists, but they charged my account for a full service. I'm having to pay the $150 bucks due to Jamal's relaxed training methods. He should not have charged me until he as the professional, knew the fix was working. Instead, he quickly charged me prior to fix, and moved on to next job while intern unintelligently worked on my house.

I can't say enough about these guys. For installation of power receptacles, fans, and lights they…read moreare amazing. I can't speak to the store and purchasing of appliances, but based on the quality of work in our home I wouldn't think twice. Their prices are reasonable and the techs are friendly. They lay down cloth to ensure your home is just as clean as when they first came onsite. My only ding would be scheduling is a bit difficult. I get the impression they are very busy. Not a bad problem to have for a small business.
