I can't speak to repair work as I haven't had my camper in yet but this place is great. I can say that the battery quick connect switch broke off the first weekend I had the camper. Went back inside and told them, the guy disappeared for a minute, came back, and tossed me a new one, no charge. I went to five different RV dealers and Rose City was by far the best. I wasn't hounded or pushed to buy a camper, the salesman (can't remember his name,sorry) just followed us around for like 2 hours answering any and all of our questions. When we settled on a camper and price, the owner did all the paperwork and she was super polite. Since it's a camper and they're like boats I'm sure I'll be taking it in for repairs within the next year or two so I'll update this then; however, I really do not expect to be disappointed. We took our GMC motorHome there to have brakes worked on, new GPS radio with blue tooth installed and new air lines installed to safely fill suspension air bags. He was helping a customer, so we waited by the front doors for him to he available. He gave the customer a brochure and they drove off. He then walked in the front door and locked it behind him. Without even a word to us, he shut off the Open sign. Looks like they closed a lt 2 pm, which we did not know. Someone could have at least told us they were closing. Before paying them $132.00 for them to look at it I asked them if there was any way they could fix it cheaper. They said no. So, I left and stopped off at Tri-City RV on Patterson Rd in Bay City and they quoted me $400.00. I had them fix it and when I picked it up, they only charged me $361.00.
