I found Cleanfreak using Yelp and read the positive reviews so I booked them for a cleaning. First of all, they communicated with me via email very quickly, and we got on the schedule right away. The owner emailed me and let me know the guys were on the way, which was very much appreciated so that I could plan my day. The guys arrived and were very professional and they did a great job, told me how much build up they cleaned and pointed out some things I should keep on eye on for the future with our fireplace insert. While they were here I got a quote on duct cleaning for the entire house since this place was a new build. I was so satisfied with their work, professionalism, friendly nature - that I booked the duct cleaning as well. It is so hard to find good service-oriented companies and I know I found our chimney sweep company for our annual cleanings. Thank you Cleanfreak - you are A+++ I will recommend you to my friends and family.

His professionalism and attention to detail is top-notch! Talk about tech savvy, I received email and text notifications to confirm our appointment, alerts as to when he was in route, also a completion message with receipt for the work being done. I read the other two reviews on here and talked to Donald about those first hand. Totally understood that these were a few bad reviews during "trying times" that muddled his company's great work. Donald will be back onsite soon to tackle complete cleaning and sanitization of my ducts and chimneys as well. Stop looking and give this guy a call!

When they finally did answer, he had to reschedule for another day. Then they had to contact us that day to push us back again, only to contact us AGAIN to tell us they were going to be late! The guys had forgotten they had also been scheduled to clean two rooms of carpet! So now they needed to schedule ANOTHER day! Supposed to show up today at 9am. He doesn't show up or answer his phone again! I finally get ahold of someone at 11:30! He shows up 45 minutes later, apologizes, does the carpets, and hurries out the door. We have to move the furniture, which is something we had requested them to do. We wanted to give our business to a small business rather than a large company but will NEVER go with this one again!
