Your tech, Thomas Smithem came to our house to give our furnace a pre season check up. We do this every year. Thomas was guarant to arrive by 830A.M. He called me at 800 a.m. to make sure I was up and ready for the service. He did arrive by 830 a.m. as promised. He was polite and professional. He spent about 50 minutes checking out the furnace. He answered all of my questions and concerns about my furnace. I have been dealing with Weinkauff P&h for nearly 20 years. What I will say is that all of the techs I have dealt with were like Thomas. It is nice to know that when I need fast service on any of my plumbing and H-Vac issues, you are always there. I trust you so much that when I am in Florida for 4 months every year. Tyler the Weinkauf service technician came on 9/23/2022. He was very polite and professional. I had one of four zones not heating. He checked entire gas boiler and pointed out that my only problem was a valve in one of four of the same parts were failing. He explained how it worked and repaired it. He proceeded to do more maintenance, checks and got air out of water lines which now my system runs more quietly. I had many questions concerning how the whole system works, about thermostat set up and how air gets in system. Tyler took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and I now have a good piece of mind and knowledge concerning heating system. I noticed he worked safely. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I've had a problem with my water pressure for a few years and have had several different people work on it, each saying it was a different problem, such as, it's not the pressure tank, the problem is the well. Or, the well isn't the problem, it's your sprinkler system and so on. Brandon and Matt identified the problem straight away, consulted me before proceeding, gave me pricing options, removed all the trash and scrap left in the crawl space from the past 20 years of plumbers without being asked, AND to top it off, asked if they could check my furnace and water heater for safety operations as long as they were here.
