As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale and welcoming. The greeter promptly took care of us and got us seated without any delay. Our server was exceptional--she clearly explained how the dining experience works, stayed attentive throughout the night, and made sure our drinks were always full. The service was seamless, and the food matched it. The sides came out quickly, and the variety of meats--especially the lamb and sausages--were absolutely delicious. Every cut we tried was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Overall, this place delivered on both service and quality. Easily a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Chamas do Brazil -- Arlington, TX…read more Here's the deal: I came for a meeting, not misery. Seating: Packed in like sardines. Tables shoved so tight I had to angle my left arm just to take a bite. Zero comfort. Zero space. Not what you expect at this price point. Food: For $50+ per person, it should wow. It didn't. Average at best--and when you're crammed and distracted, "average" feels worse. Restroom: Non-negotiable fail. No toilet paper in either stall. Dried yellow urine on the seats. I had to grab paper towels from the sink just to handle basics. Went back--other stall still out. I left. That's unacceptable anywhere, especially at a "premium" steakhouse. Management: I called afterward and spoke with Carolina, who said she's the manager. She pointed me to a generic info email instead of an owner contact. After that restroom situation, that response felt dismissive. Bottom line: If you charge steakhouse prices, deliver steakhouse standards--space the tables, keep bathrooms stocked and clean, and empower managers to make it right. Until those basics are fixed, I'm out. -- First time. Last time

It definitely felt like a family restaurant, I'm sure there are people who come regularly. We loved having all the meat cuts available, rather than paying extra for premium cuts. I loved the tender prime rib and juicy lamb. Some of the meats were a bit tough, and the beef rib was a bit chewy, but everything was tasty. The grilled pineapple was generous, but a little tart.. I think I'm used to a heavier coating of sugar. The shrimp mix and marinated mushrooms in the salad bar provided the perfect palate cleansers between the heavy meats. We finished off the night by splitting a slice of tres leches cake that was divine! I'd definitely recommend that if you want a little something sweet

The variety alone is worth the visit, but the quality really seals the deal. Special shout-out to Brian, our server. He was attentive without hovering, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Kept things moving smoothly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Great food, great service, and a solid overall experience. I'll definitely be back, preferably hungry.

Ok so ive been to Foga de Chao, and Texas de Brazil. This is better than Foga de Chao(although i…read moreonly ate the salad there); but the salad bar at Texas de Brazil is better. The meat is equal if not better than Texas de Brazil but that could be because when i went to Tex de Brazil it was suuuuper busy. The meat at Chama was perhaps a bit more memorable due to being hotter/fresh off the grill vs having made its rounds more. This is the one major thing that was missing from Chama: the mint chutney. That is a standout item at Tex de Brazil and given the fact that both serve multiple types of lamb, it was deeply missed at Chama. Idk im just a condiment junkie but idc how well the meat is seasoned and how high the quality (and Chama is unparalleled in both of those areas) i prefer to have some type of sauce for dipping. Ambience couldnt be better. Beautiful building and entrance, gorgeous lighting fixtures, just a really beautiful upscale experience Service was absolutely phenomenal. My mom preferred Chama Gaucho to Texas de Brazil by a long shot, worth noting. All in all, its tied for the number one placeholder for the best meal I've had in my life. Its definitely a top tier memorable dining experience
