They roast their beans in-house, which means every cup starts with incredibly fresh coffee. I ordered a latte with whole milk--no sugar or syrups--and it was exceptionally smooth. The beans had natural notes of fruit and nuts, making the coffee flavorful without needing any sweeteners. The patio is a great place to rascals the summer heat. We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through.
