The Manager used my emergency contact phone number to tell them I was late and how much and what my storage unit was which is illegal all by itself but the best part is she entered the phone number wrong in texting so they were texting a random person with all my personal info. First, we drove up with a u-haul truck that needed to be unloaded and returned within the hour and we were able to get a unit, billing set up, all our questions answered, and our unit loaded well within that time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Second, there is an on-site manager. The entry is coded and each unit has its own lock. They are well built to withstand the elements and very reasonably priced.

I am currently renting a 12 x 30 foot unit. They started out charging me $189 for 11 months. Then $202 for 6 months. It was then raised to $282 for 9 months and now has been raised to $362 starting in July. That's a 91.53% increase in a matter of two years. They claim their rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on market conditions. However for new renters, that same unit is advertised for a web rate of $129 or in store at $227. In the coldest months I have had condensation rain down on my stored items. The rope is missing and is yet to be replaced after a phone call about two weeks ago. The numbers on the doors are fairly unreadable which they have started to replace but have not done so on my unit. I am a senior citizen and it would be a lot of work to move to another location. Also I have stayed with this unit because of proximity to my home. I feel I have been taken advantage of because I am a long term renter. I'm considering reporting them to the BBB. I see from other reviews I am not alone in experiencing these rate hikes. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

It was very cold. She seems to believe she is the only one allowed to be human. She is horrible at bookkeeping and communicating. She will ignore you. She rather threaten an auction then understand situations. She also allows people to live in units. There is not trash cans on the property. The people that live in the house on the same property are tweekers and hoarders. They park blocking units. They do whatever they want. She doesn't have a clue what goes on over there.
