He also literally worked overtime to get me my computer as fast as possible after I said I needed it soon. Lastly, he charged a very reasonable price originally, but then he realized that he accidentally charged me for the wrong thing (I'm not going to get into specifics, just trust that this was a complicated issue, so this mistake was completely understandable), and after realizing this, he refunded me HALF of what I thought was already a perfectly reasonable price. I feel like I just unintentionally robbed this man, but if I ever have any issues whatsoever with my PCs or Mac, I will 100% be taking my business back to him.

He was here maybe 30 minutes and told me that I'd have to select the size on each and every doc in a 200 page file. When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer??? Also, it was working properly up until approximately one month ago, not 5 years ago. You apparently didn't hear that either.

This company was great to work with…read more On Friday night, my computer started shutting off immediately after pressing the power button. Spencer reached out, and from the start he was friendly and easy to work with. After I explained the issue, he was confident he could help and was upfront about his rates. He even offered to let me bring my PC to his home the next day. Within about an hour of dropping it off on Saturday, he called to let me know he had diagnosed the problem--it turned out to be my AIO water cooler. He clearly explained what was needed to fix it and gave me multiple options: I could pick it up and install the parts myself, bring him the parts for installation, or let him handle everything. I chose to have him order and install the parts. He sent me pictures and pricing for the recommended parts before ordering anything, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency made him feel very trustworthy. Once the parts arrived, he completed the repair and adjusted the necessary settings. The replacement he chose was actually an upgrade from my original AIO, fit better in my system, and cost less than I expected. During our conversations, I also learned that the company doesn't just handle home PC repairs--they work with commercial clients as well and offer a range of IT services for businesses. For context, I usually handle all my own PC repairs and am hesitant to let others work on my system. I spoke with a few technicians before deciding, and I chose Spencer because he asked the kinds of detailed, knowledgeable questions I expect from a professional before trusting someone with my rig.
