Much to my surprise, I found a Fusion Writer really cheap. It works well, but the device was lacking in battery capacity before it died completely. (The device came out in the early 2000s, and was obviously designed for usage in an elementary or middle school setting.) I Googled to try to find a company that could replace the battery and found Top Cat Steno online which appeared to have a battery replacement in stock. However, when the battery was shipped to me, it was for a different device which was a Stentura Fusion. I contacted the company again and was put in touch with Jonny who was great! I sent him back the battery they sent me, and he told me that he thought he could put together the right battery for me. I sent him the battery I had, and although it took him some time, he and his technicians were able to get me the battery I needed for my device. Through it all, Jonny was very communicative and professional, and he got the job done. I have nothing but praise for Jonny and Top Cat Steno. If you're looking for top notch service, this is the place to go.
