I was very apprehensive about leaving my vehicle with just any shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was dealing with professionals who genuinely care about their customers. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone I met was professional, well-presented, and friendly. That means a lot to me. What stood out most was the calm, positive atmosphere. Everyone seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. To me, that says a lot about a business and the people who work there. While reviewing my insurance coverage, we discovered that I didn't have rental car coverage. Stephen and the owner went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate, which relieved a lot of stress during an already difficult time. I'm anxiously awaiting the completion of my vehicle repairs, but based on the service I've received so far, I know it's going to look amazing. Thank you, North East Auto Body, for your outstanding service and professionalism. **I will post the results
