    Visited the shop over the weekend because going off the photos, it looked like they had some…read morevariety in juice brands..... The shelves were basically empty, the employee was suuuuper high.... somewhere in space, and he mentioned to me that they could mix juice in house.... Which was a small station set up in the front... in the open, in a un-controlled and not sanitary environment.     Been going here for 7 yrs now…read more The woman at the front of the store has been nice in the past and I asked for a recommendation recently for a new set up and she had told me she received great responses about the VooPoo drag S. I bought it and within the first week it started misfiring and the metal underlying the device began burning and changing colors. I called less than 2 weeks after purchase to describe the issues and her first response was: "We don't carry the VooPoo, it was unpopular so we stopped buying it." I let her know that it was she who recommended it and she said well that's because everyone who bought it loves it. ...odd they stopped buying it if that's the case. I said well I don't want another one this one has been giving me issues and I was looking to swap it out. She told me that all sales are final. I said but it is a defective item, the metal is burning and the juice is leaking. She became incredibly unprofessional and started cursing over the phone using profanities and saying I should have brought it in sooner. I mentioned that I didn't think it was a big deal and had a lot going on in my personal life so I thought I'd handle it over the weekend. I mentioned red star vapor offers a 30 day money back guarantee if the vape doesn't work out for any reason. Her response was "I don't give a fuck about Red Star Vapor this is Haus of Vapors and your not fucking grasping that I can't do anything for you, you should have come in sooner than 13 days later." 7 years of business down the toilet. Trust is earned over a lifetime and lost in an instant. In this instant, this employee made me lose all my trust this business had acquired in 7 yrs of purchases. She said that she would have had to take a 40$ loss on reimbursement and that is not okay. But what about your customer? I just have to take that loss because you recommended a terrible product that less than two weeeks later you admittedly stopped selling because it sucked so bad? This was your recommendation. Stand behind it.

    I give this place 5 stars and a snap. Products - they know…read morewhat they are doing! I can walk in and say, " i need a thingamabobber to fix the thingamajigger " and they know what I mean, and I am out the door with a smile.They HAVE EVERYTHING!!! Service - everyone there is always happy, welcoming, and ready to help. They upsell, but not in a pushy way and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. on a side note.... Everyone at this place is beautiful . The men BEAUTIFUL. the women BEAUTIFUL. the staff is so beautiful it would be intimidating if they weren't as nice as they are.

    I bought a digital scale that worked as intended for about a week, then suddenly it just stopped…read moregiving weight. It came with a 50mg weight that's used to calibrate it, and when I put the weight on scale it just read 0.00 so I tried something heavier, same thing. The only way to get the numbers to read is by pushing down on pad and that would get the numbers to move but this is a .01 scale and 50 g doesn't even register. Tried calibrating it and the screen gets stuck on the calibration screen until you take the batteries out. No biggie, just a bad scale and not smoke shops fault. Well I took the scale back hoping I could get my money back I figured worst-case scenario they would swap me out with another one which wasn't ideal but would be better than nothing... Turns out "nothing" was the best I was going to get. Not only would the guy not refund my money or let me swap it out for same one that works, but he actually thought a reasonable solution would be for me to buy another but at a discount so not only am I out $35 and stuck with a worthless product , But he thinks a reasonable compromise would be for me to spend more money and buy the same product again... are you kidding me?!? So buy the same product that has a history of failing, knowing that if it does fail like it has already once before , that my only recourse will be to buy another one...yea, NO! I'm pretty sure that's the definition of INSANE!! Now granted, this came from an employee, as the owner was not in. But the employee said this is the owners policy so it's possible the owner will realize things need to be taken on a case by case basis and will call me back doing the right thing , to which I'll update this post but as of now, I won't be returning to this place which will cost them a lot more than $40. It's just poor business management, and it's situations like this where cheap, small minded business businesses don't understand the concept of stepping over dollars to save dimes. Hire people that have the foresight to see how being a stickler on a situation like this will ultimately cost them more money down the road and in the big picture because this review alone will effect at least 1 other customer who will likely take their business elsewhere....and deservedly so. Don't train people to make wise, reasonable business solutions , and you will likely lose more than 1 customer in this internet driven era of business. I'll let yelp know if I get a call from owner or not (I left my phone number for the owner to call, but not holding my breath per the employees terrible advice ).
