They only offered a tow to the nearest dealership that was closed until Monday. I found VIP tires in Bennington who were not only open for business, but incredibly kind and helpful! Adam and Dylan found the problem, patched my tire and gave me a new sensor in a matter of minutes. They even checked my son's car to make sure he had enough air pressure in his tires to make the trip home safely. Adam and Dylan were amazing and I highly recommend them. Fast forward to now. I got an oil change at a different auto shop. And they told me to NEVER go back here. Carmall had apparently just topped off my oil. The mechanic at this different shop told me my oil was filthy and was confident that Carmall never changed my oil. Very disappointed would not recommend.
